Case Study - An industry-leading technology solution for CEVA from Click Creative

At Click Creative, we are passionate about delivering results. Because achieving results motivates and inspires us to work with other companies who may need our help. CEVA Car Carrying recently turned to us for an additional fully responsive website to cater for the interstate logistics side of their business.

Just a little background information on the company. CEVA is a global logistics supply chain provider that specialises in local and interstate motorcycle and car transport across Australia. Being the only car transport in Australia offering a fully-enclosed service, they needed a product that integrated with their existing systems without losing functionality, as well as re-assessing their digital profile to maintain their position as an industry market leader.

So the challenge was:

  1. To design and develop a brand new fully responsive website required to meet the needs of the target market.
  2. Create a product that's fully integrated with CEVA’s existing systems without losing functionality.

 Although we had quite a challenge ahead, we were confident that our team were able to deliver solutions that not only satisfied CEVA but also their customers.

Our Solution?

We provided CEVA with the online commercial payment solution via a fresh website for both B2B and B2C, that would allow CEVA’s customers 24/7/365 access to book and pay securely online.

Furthermore, we integrated with an Application Programming Interface (API) which would allow clients to make vehicle bookings seamlessly through the CEVA website. We know the benefits a considered user experience (UX) can bring to site performance, so to add value to the consumer experience we analysed and designed the journey for users through the site to suit.

Home Page Banner Feature:

Providing easily readable and accessible information, guiding the consumer to the areas they require. Interactivity is obvious to the consumer, providing an easy to use website that will increase the satisfaction and improve user experience (UX).
