Optimising the customer's hearing journey.

Melbourne Audiology wanted to distinguish their well-established business by developing an exceptional user experience for its customers in their highly competitive industry.

Their website needed a refreshing design, including a new eCommerce experience. MAC priorities were to focus first on the customer journey and experience integrating both online and offline.

Designing the customer lifecycle with a new inbound experience, we implemented a robust Hubspot CRM for marketing integration purposes in addition to optimising their online conversion process, SEO and SEM strategies.

As the experts in online sales for hearing aids MAC wanted a fresh modern design for modern multi-location market. As a full-service Audiology company the complicated task of creating a site that services many clients with multiple needs.

The blog has great content development, booking pages and an eCommerce site with a large variety of different types of products and variabilities to allow customers to buy in the comfort of their own home.

 

A robust menu of information about government rebates and private health insurance gives the reader all of the information they could need to make a decision as well as strong Call-To-Action to book an appointment all the while focussing on the customer experience. 

MAC required a site that was both fresh, informative and inviting. An ss audiology is generally viewed with a seniors lens, their services now stand out with a refreshed website, marketing elements, and visual presence.
